NWR: Photo restoration

NWR: Photo restoration

I'm hoping you ladies can help me out. I want to start doing my memory charms. I found this picture of my sister that I think was overexposed (yes it was on film) I can see the picture but there is a pink layer over the photo.

Does anyone know a good restoration place I can go to and see if they can fix it? Or if it is even possible to fix? I'm in Queens so the closer the better.

maybe ask your photographer if he/she can help you out? They may do it for free!

i had baby photo's restored at Walmart to use on our STD's they really came out amazing and inexpensive, I know Walgreens does restorations as well
