I signed up for one for Aug 17th (can you believe that is the first available at a convenient time?!) but i am so nervous and have no idea what to expect.
Do I need to bring anything with me?

I have no idea if you have to bring anything with you - but one of my friends is OBSESSED with P-57. She does like 4 classes a week and loves it. She even convinced me to do the Bridal Bootcamp they have in the spring. All I know is that I am going to have to get myself back in decent shape before I start the class. Good luck!

OMG, is this the thing that Kelly Ripa does and promotes? I was looking into it before I joined NYSC last summer. It looks amazing and their bridal bootcamp looks awesome. I bet you will love it and do great. Please update us I can't wait to hear all about it!!! I would even love to try out one class myself!

There are 2 locations in the city, one on 57th and the other on spring (I think). There might be one in bkln too.
I haven't done it yet, but i signed up for a class aug 17th. It is really hard to find a beginner class that isnt full. There are wait lists though but i am going with a friend so needed an available one for both of us.
It is floor and ballet barre exercises and is supposed to be really intense!
