How do I resize a picture?? I opened it with Paint and can't do it and then opened it with picture manager and can't do it... please help!

do you have paintshop or photoshop? if not... go into MSPaint open your photo go to the image tab select stretch/skew and then change the percentage for horizontal and vertical hope this helps

or you could open up an account with photobucket. Once you upload pictures to photobucket it automatically gives you a url link that you can use to insert a web image (on the left under the emote-icons) on here instead of uploading pictures

no it's not ridiculous at all! i had to go into MSPaint and poke around to figure it out for ya, if i couldnt i was gonna suggest photobucket lol

I don't know if the way I do it is easy or hard, but it works for me... I open a picture, right click on it and open it in Infran view. Then under the Image tab is a Resize button. You can change it to any % of the picture you want and than save it.
