I am moving to LI next week (whoohoo), but now I need to find a new pilates studio/instructor (one that follows the STOTT method of teaching). Does anyone have any suggestions? I am a pretty advanced student and I am like to do a mix of mat and reformer classes (tower works too). I am looking in Nassau county on the north shore (great neck, manhasset, port washington, ect..)
TIA

I haven't found a place yet, I have looked a little into evolution pilates. Right now I pay $60 for privates on the reformer (out of a girls house) and $19 for group mat classes at the studio, so i would like to keep it somewhere around there (I would pay about $45 for a group reformer class).

I used to go to Powerhouse pilates in Manhasset- loved it so much but then i moved, but I dont think it is based on Stott- I think is based on polestar. My friend goes to Evolution Pilates in Port Washington.
