okay, so I just got back from Cactus in Syosset for highlights and a cut... I asked for heavy blond highlights, so WHY is my hair still dark brown. Ive always been a blonde and went dark on a whim, now i want to be blonde and it seems like its going to be harder and take a lot more money than I thoght. I'm so mad, the money i spent on highlights - and you cnat even tell i had anything done....LOVE the cut though~

You should complain. If you asked for something and didn't get it then tell them and they should fix it. I use to go there

I never went there, but I would tell them your not happy with the results. High lites cost a good amount of duckies. Be heard sister, give em a buzz and see if you can go back.

I would call them and let them know that the highlights were not enough and that you would like to come in for a touch up..

yes, i agree with the ladies-- the squeaky wheel gets the oil, or in your case-- CORRECT color you asked for!! i would be pissed too... hopefully they will do the right thing by you

You should definitely give them a call and let them know. I recently made my hair darker again and for some reasons my roots didn't take very well. First I thought I was crazy but sure enough..a few days later..my roots were much lighter than the rest of my hair. And I didn't complain and I'm sorry I didn't.

i would go back and complain
there is also this shampoo that u can use to lighten it up a bit. last time i got my hair dyed & it was darker than I wanted, I got this corrective Redken rinse thing and it lightened up a bit

my FMIL always says-if you dont like what a business does tell them-they dont know that they did anything wrong if you dont say it! TELL THEM-cause they need to fix it if you are not happy!
