Anyone belong to one? My Bally's membership is up next month (THANK GOD!!) and PF is only $1 a join and $10 a month with no commitment but I don't know anyone who goes there who can tell me about it. I'm going to check it out but I would love to hear any reviews if anyone has any. Thanks!
I belong I actually have the $20 a month package so when FH is staying at my house we can go together because you have unlimited vistor passes. I like it because its a basic gym and there is no meat heads if you know what I mean.
That's good to know. Do they have classes there too or just machines to work on?
just machines. THe classes that they have are geared towards using the machines and coming up with workouts for you
I got to PF. I have a commitment though, I really like it only thing is there are no classes
Thanks girls! The no classes thing might be an issue with me (I love a good spin or step class) but it's so cheap that I might just **** it up and go for now until the wedding.
I love planet fitness but yea they dont have classes. i do zumba somewhere else twice a week so it doesnt pay for me to join another gym and pay more just for the classes. Planet fitness is great if you dont do classes.
I belonged the PF when I was living in the Bronx because it was right near my house. It was a good gym. My location tended to get a bit crowded at times but it wasn't too bad. They do give you great deals on membership.
I'm joining there also. You can't beat the price. I know a few people who go there and like it.

We go to Carle Place one as well. We haven't been recently, but it depended on the time of day how busy it is
my boss is a member and she loves it there!! she says that you cant beat the price! and she just really likes the environment of the place
I love it!!! I pay $20 a month with unlimited tanning!
i go there and signed in the spring when they had a special $99 for the year! i like it for the machines and my little arm weights :) my schedules so nutty that as much as id like to, i can never make it to classes so this place is great AND their hours are really really good!

I used to be a member then moved and i am too far away to still go - wish they had one closer but I loved that gym.
only one i ever belonged to and I thought it was so great... really didn't feel any pressure.. you just go about your business.. no one bothered me and there were all kinds of people (shapes, sizes and ages).
I belong to it and I love it!!! The place is clean, great hours, and tons of the machines, I never have to wait!! I don't like taking classes, so it doesn't bother me that there aren't any, but that is the only downside I could see!
I belong to the one on Westchester Ave in the Bronx and I love it. It is open 24hrs on weekdays except Friday and 7-7 on weekends and they just got all new machines!
