My husband is taking his third part of the CPA exam today at 2:30PM and he really needs to pass this exam. He needs 2 more parts and if he passes them he will make Partner in the firm with in 2 years. So its very very important.

Also if he doesn't pass all 4 parts by this Novemember he has to start from the begining and take ALL 4 PARTS AGAIN!!!

I know exactly how you are feeling. FH is studying now. He just took a part on Tuesday. So far he has passed 2 parts and has until January 2007 to pass the next. Hopefully he passed this one and he is down to one.
