NWR: Post you tuna fish recipes!

So I'm having a HUGE craving for a tuna sandwich but I know how very bad they are for me. But I know a lot of people make it with mustard instead of mayo...so I was hoping you could post your recipe so I can cave into my craving...in a healthy way! TIA!

We make ours very strange...

We make our own honey mustard combo (Deli mustard, honey and tsp of fat free mayo)
and then mix it with the tuna...
Throw it on top of tomato salad with onions and viola
I must have any tuna with chips though because I am an oddball...

fh must eat tuna with yoohoo (BARF)

I add a bit of fat free mayo, a bit of mustard, capers, and chopped banana peppers, celery if I have it, salt and pepper. YUM

I make mine with light mayo, pepper and onions (if I have them). Tuna itself isn't so bad for you and if you used reduced fat mayo instead of regular it will make all the difference. It is funny you posted this because I am actually eating tuna as we speak for lunch!
