I would suggest you go to the doc or hospital and get it checked out immediately.... If something did rupture you don't want the toxins in your body to cause all sorts of problems

Re: NWR - Private Area Pain :0(
I have had that happen before but mine didn't last as long. Maybe a couple of hours. My dr. said it is just a cyst but not one that would rupture and cause toxins in my body. She told me to take 4 ibuprofins for the pain and if that doesn't help then to call her ( if it ever happens again ). I am by no means a DR. and your situation could be different so I would recommend calling a gyno and making an appointment or go to the emergency room and then they would recommend one for you for a follow up appointment. Don't be scared though it is a little embarassing at first but it gets easier each time and trust me they see it all day every day so it is nothing to them.

You really need to see a doc about this. Could be nothing, could be something.
Go to the ER because you don't have a regular gyno. At 24 you really need to start seeing one on a regular basis and have yearly pap tests. All of us can recommend gynos for you. Male, female, whatever you prefer.

I dont mean to scare you but have you taken a pregnancy test? (Just because of your irregular period) If the pain continues I think you should go to the GYN before you go on your trip. Just in case it is a UTF and you cant make it to the dr. drink lots of Cranberry juice. Hope you feel better!

Helps neutralize the bacteria in the urinary tract.
Cancel your trip, see a doctor before this becomes something huge.
Could be a ruptured cyst, could be a twisted fallopian tube, could be an ectopic pregnancy, endometriosis
Could be a pulled muscle, could be ovulation pain.
Until you go to the doc, you won't know what it is.

I'm 24 and still have never gone to a gyno...I don't have one....I know it's really bad..I'm petrified to go
Are you and FH having sex yet? IF so you REALLY REALLY need to even more, just ask your mom or sister or a friend who they have and go. IT might be more comforable to ask for a woman.

Cranberry Juice...what does that do?
Also I took a test and I'm not pregnant. actually I took 3 tests just to be sure
at 3 test (that's something I would do)
There is something about Cranberry juice that helps cleans your system when you get an UTF. In college when anyone would get them besides anti-biotics the doctors would always say drink cranberry juice let me do a search to find out the real reason behind it

Re: NWR - Private Area Pain :0(
Some information i found: (coolnurse.com)
It's important to drink lots of water during and after treatment because each time you urinate, the bladder cleanses itself a little bit more. Cranberry juice also has been shown to have positive effects on UTIs. DON'T use the kind of juice that says 'Juice Cocktail' on the label. That has too much sugar and is not concentrated enough with cranberries. Make sure the cranberry juice is 100% juice, many brands are now 100% cranberry. Quality cranberry juice produces hippuric acid in the urine which acidifies the urine and prevents bacteria from sticking to the walls of the bladder. If pure cranberry juice is not available, cranberry capsules can be substituted. They can be found in most health food stores. Always take these with a large glass of water.

1st...I do not think you should go away before seeing a doctor and 2nd...(and I do not mean to lecture) but you really should go to the gyno annually...I absolutely hate it...but to keep healthy you really need to.. are you in the smithtown area at all???

Is anything else bothering you? like a fever, nausea, vomiting, diarhhea, pain when you pee........? if so, then you should see a Dr ASAP. especially if the pain is really bad and getting worse.

It acidifies your urine...killing the bacteria.
But definitely see a doctor about that.

Thanks for the all the info ladies....I actually have been having sex with FH for 7 years...and have not gone once...I'm going to try the cranberry juice and go to the doctor in the morning...if it gets worse tonight than I'll go to the ER. We won't be leaving tonight but hopefully by tomorrow early afternoon if everything goes ok.
I just called FH and he was so good about it too (we are going to see his Dad). He said hun take care of your area we need to have kids and believe it or not he is the one that always tells me to go to a gyno. I live in levittown, Nassayu County...anyone know of a good woman around here?
If you don't want to drink cups and cups of cranberry juice, they have a pill version at most drug stores..it's called AZO.

Re: NWR - Private Area Pain :0(
im not sure that your pain sounds like a uti, but cranberry juice/AZO cant hurt, more importantly drink lots and lots of water so you pee a lot!!
please find a gyno, especially because your cycles are irregular. its most likely nothing to worry about but so important check up on!
