NWR: pumpkin dip

NWR: pumpkin dip

I made this for a dip party I went to last night and it was judged as the winner of all dips and I won snowman cheese servers, woo hoo. But anyway, with thanksgiving coming up I thought some of you might be interested:

INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, mix together instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in the thawed frozen whipped topping. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.

*I used an 8 oz frozen whipped topping and cut the whole recipe in half and it still made a lot. I served the dip with cinnamon graham crackers. Last, if you buy libby's easy canned pumpkin, you will not need the pumpkin pie spice, it already has the seasoning in it.*

I need to just take you with me everwhere I go. Keep you in my pocket. You little betty crocker, you.

ETA: What the hell does 'fold' mean?!

hmm I'm not sure what ff sf pudding is but you can definitely use light cool whip. I used dairy free cool whip and everyone was amazed that the dip was lactose free.

eta: I just got it, ff sf, of course you can

Re: NWR: pumpkin dip

i think 'fold' is like folding it over onto itself. Its supposed to keep it fluffier

i would just mix too- it talkes too long to fold..haha

jess- did u ever go to that wm sonoma class?

its like little non-motorized food processor- you turn the handle

at first- i was like- ahh- i prefer an electric thing- less work

THEN she put the airator blade in it and put heavy cream, coco powder and powdered sugar and whipped it up into a mousse in a few seconds

like magic- haha

Me neither, I went on the tupperware website to find it and I couldn't. I think Christine made it up to lure us to come to her tupperware party
