I haven't gone on an interview in over 5 years, and I was just 18 at the time. So now I have this interview Friday and I'm not sure what to wear considering how hot it is outside. Would I look ridiculous if I wore a suit which has a long sleeved jacket? I have no short sleeved blazers.

no you will not look silly, you should wear a suit. It is professional.

I agree- maybe get a light colored suit like a nice gray?

Re: NWR: Question About Interviews
I don't think you'd look ridiculous at all. I've intereviewed in the middle of Summer and have worn a long-sleeved blazer, which always looks professional. Since it's hot, I would try to wear something lighter...even a sleeveless if you have one suitable so that when I'm done and head out, I'm not sweltering and can take my jacket off.

Re: NWR: Question About Interviews
I just interviewed last week. I wore a skirt suit. I wore a sleeveless shell under it for when I was outside & put o the jacket on my way in the building.
You should def wear a suit, IMO

Re: NWR: Question About Interviews
I agree, and if you are really hot during the interview you can take your jacket off. I have always said 'do you mind if I take my jacket off' but that's just because I'm silly
