NWR- question about port jeff

lI live out of state now, so I can swing by to find info out, so I'm hoping you girls can help me out! I believe a new bldg has been built next to Danfords (not part of the hotel) and I think I heard that space can be rented out. Is that true? I'm in the beginning stages of planning a birthday party for next yr and thought it might be a possiblity. If so - what is hte name of this bldg and is there a website?
