Do any of you that have caller ID, ever not answer the phone when his family is calling? (When FH isn't home) I'm rarely in the mood to talk to his family. I know this is mean and sometimes I feel bad...Just wondering if anyone else does the same...

hahaha im always 'in the shower' if he asks why i dindt pick up his moms calls... i used to feel bad but the two times i did pick up the phone i was on the phone with his mom for 3 hours!
nice lady.. just 15 min at a time i can handle! hahaha

I hear ya. We can only take so many showers.. FH's mom is so blah, she barely speaks.I like to avoid his father and annoying brother, who brags about his six figure salary and repeats the same sh!t.

We decided not to get a phone and we just use our cell phones instead. But anytime he is on the phone with his parents and they want to talk to me, I am always 'in the shower' too!

I always screen my calls. There is always someone calling I dont want to talk to. Thats why I love e-mail!

IYour not alone..... I do it ALL the time when his parents or sister call and if he's not home. If he sees the message and hes like why didnt you answer it, Im like oh I was in the bathroom, or the shower or downstairs doing laundry

Your too funny! We don' have caller ID, however, if I get a beep, and it's his mother or sister or something, I just tell them he'll have to call them back later, cause I'm on the phone.

I do that w/ the call waiting too. His Mom just called and I picked up..I figure once in a while I have to.

Yea, mine said something once about it too.... They have to realize we're busy planning a wedding, etc.
I usually don't answer the phone if it's not for me......

We don't have a house phone, just cell, but when they do call we talk to either one. It doesn't bother us....yet!

We have a house phone but his family calls his cell more often. I don't even have to tell him that I am taking a shower, he just says it for me

I do the same thing and pretend I didn't hear the phone ringing. I just let the machine handle it. Gotta love caller id.
