NWR: Questions about Mortgage Pre-Qualification

Hi Ladies,
I don't know if anyone can assist me with this.. I am moving to Florida. My hubby already lives and works down there now... Will we be able to get pre-qualified for a mortgage there if I am living and employed here and he is employed there?? Thank you

You should be able to...residence won't effect your creditworthiness, though the cost of maintaining two households might reduce the amount you can qualify for slightly.
