That sounds heavenlyyyy. I LOVED regular irish car bombs until I drank 5 in a row trying to keep up with FH and his friend and I threw up my burrito.

Well I can see how that would make you not want to drink any more for a very long time....
I can't believe it...I FORGOT the butter!!!! I never melted it nor did I put it in....I finished mixing and felt like I had forgotten something....whoops! They taste fine w/o it...just a smidge dry. Oopsies!

Forgot the butter? Paula Deen would not be happy about this.

I KNOW I KNOW!!!!! *hangs head in shame* What kind of a baker am I?!?! (ok more of a chef )
But even without the butter they still taste pretty good. Someone pilfered my pastry brush (somehow I think it was mistaken for a paint brush...*glares in the general direction of FH*), but I have needles!!!! Ah the joys of being a student nurse...lots of needles and syringes 'laying' around. So you'll be happy to know the cupcakes have been injected and are resting comfortably

Here they are!!! And if there was ever a baked good to get drunk on....these would be it...yuuuuuum!!!!
P.S. There's no temp in the recipe...I baked them at 350 for 20 min and they came out perfectly.
I'm sitting here watching the fire dept clear away half of one of our oak trees that fell across the road (and just missed the neighbor's fence by an inch).

It is crazzy outside. I just got back from target and the wind is insane. I am not going back out there today!

HOLY CRAP!!! Duck and cover! The wind is so bad that it's whistling through the CLOSED windows. Friend up in Westchester is having issues with the basement flooding.
