On the brides in their 30's posts we were responding about how soon we'd want to have a baby.
We live in NY and everything is EXTREMELY pricey, so I was wondering if money was NOT at all a factor. (You won the mega millions- or something of that nature)- how many babies would you have? Is that number any different the amount you'd have where you are at in life now?
Also, if you were that loaded would you have a live in nanny to do everything?

I want 3-6. That number is partially determined by circumstance (I've learned you never know what life will bring you) and partially finances. We want to adopt, so that can be a really pricey undertaking.

We were thinking 2-3 kids...but I'm thinking after the pain of the first one, two might be the magic number Money plays a part, but not a huge one...whatever the number we're comfortable with ends up being, I'm sure we'll work out the finances accordingly

I really want 4. Two boys and two girls. I don't want money to be an option but I think the pain factor will. I would want to be a stay at home mom and just work part time here and there.

I oringinly wanted 4 but considering my age and factor in money I think I'll be happy with 2 I want 1 and 1

we may have 1 child, but if we had unlimited money, I would love to give that child a sibling. I would not want to work full time if we had 2 children, especially if they are close in age.
On LI, I am pretty much going to have to work forever even to afford 1 child. *sigh*

I wish i won mega...LOL...that would be great...but Im thinking about 2 or 3 thats it.... The FH has a great job and soon i will be done with school soon so i will have a good job too... Living on long island is rough and nobody will ever live comfortable at all...sucks
