NWR rant - parents -Update

my parents are at my house right now - uninvited and unannounced!

My Mom sees nothing wrong with it and is screaming at me about stuff I haven't done.

I wanna go home but its too far.

and all my bills are splayed out on my coffee table, including Ant's stupid speeding ticket and I know she's gonna go through it all and invade my privacy.

and the house is a mess!

ugh.

*** so i came home and have a new outside light. It's nice. All my shingles are done so we can paint now. Dad fixed my lock. It was stuck.

But...he pulled out my doorbell. I have wires now and no bell. ***? Gonna buy a new one and install it myself tomorrow I think.

Havent called home. Gonna wait it out.

Oh and FH is pissed!

Breathe......its okay haha. Just yes her to death with everything and i'tll be over quicker!!

Take a deep breath, Smile and say 'Yes mom. I know mom.' Hopefully they leave soon!

It's freaking rude. My privacy is really important to me since I never had any growing up. ugh, if i don't wanna do anything I don't have to! It's my house!

they have a key bc my dad was working on t w me and went over on a day i wasn't home..but he told me in advance.

FH is gonna blow! I don't even wanna tell him but he'll know when we get home. My mom will make sure she leaves a list of stuff I should do and there will be more shingles etc. he's at work..like me.

I would have stayed home if I knew they were coming, or at least cleaned a bit and put my bills away.

I just realized that they're at your house while you're at work!!! That would really annoy me!! I thought you were home and they stopped in, I would be so aggravated! I'm sorry

she's a controlling person. she feels the need to tell me everything i do wrong and how i should do it...her way.

this ended in a screaming fight on the phone and I hung up. her last words were, 'there's nothing you can do about it.'

my dad came by to finish the shingles on my house and of course he's pissed I didn't prime the molding around the window. and my mom kept yelling 'Tony didn't do this and this.'. one, I hate that she calls him Tony. I don't and why is it his jib? It's MY house! It annoys me she's blaming him for anything.

and they live in LYNBROOK! that's like 70 miles away. yeah...they didn't just drop in. i'm so mad. cant wait to talk to her again later. I;m sure she'll have lots more to complain about.

yikes, I would FLIPPP out! That is beyond rude, even for parents. I hated it when my mom would open my mail when I was little!

I'd change the locks for sure. If she can't be reasoned with with words, you gotta lock her out!

Look at the bright side - atleast your dad got some stuff done lol. But that's really weird about your bell

Honestly, I don't blame you or FH for being mad though.
