NWR - RCI Timeshares

My timeshare (Disney) just announced that they are partnering with RCI to trade out time.

Does anyone here have any experience with RCI? I'm curious because after paying for this wedding and trying to buy a house, the only vacations I might be able to take are my timeshare ones!

my mom said we could have a RCI block for our HM
now we just have to decide where we want to go and when

thank god for that or we may not have gone anywhere for monthssssssssssssss later

Brads parents have an RCI timeshare in cancun...we tried to trade in for our honeymoon and we have still yet to hear back from them! The trading s u c k s...its not as easy as it sounds..sorry to break the news!

i know but it's still a HM that otherwise we may not have had
i'm greatful to go anywhere at this point

oh absolutely! they never called us back though so we booked elsewhere...we had already been to the cancun timeshare so we tried to trade in the week...when it didnt work we just saved up instead!

My parents have 2 timeshares with RCI. They got their first time share about 25 years ago. They honestly have not had major problems with them. The only problems have been with the timeshares themselves. They own 2 in florida but can trade to go anywhere in the world. I have been everywhere and just used a week to go to FL the beginning on Dec. When my dad puts in a request sometimes he hears right away and sometimes it takes awhile. It depends on the the actual timeshare. Hope this helps.
