NWR: Recommend fancy chinese or Romantic restaurant-suffolk

Hi girls FH wants to go to a chinese restaurant for his birthday and i cant think of anyone that is nice enough to go to for a special occasion. I was even thinking of a place that might have a private area to sit where they close the currtains and have privacy or something romantic, thanks for the help.

I know of some really nice chinese restaurants but they are all in Nassau

Pearl East -- Manhasset
Elaines Asian Bistro -- Great Neck
Hunan Taste -- Greenvale

I suggest reservations at each of these.

I think its called Lotus East in St. James, its a nice place and good food.

Penninsula in Bay Shore. It's slightly pricy, but the food is excellent and the atmosphere is great! We go there after funerals (I know...sounds weird) and for big birthdays.

There is also a place called Imperial Orchid in North Babylon that I've heard awesome reviews about. It's a little less expensive, but my uncle keeps telling me it's amazing!

Sweet Mandarin in Sayville is great. It's where FH and I went the night we got engaged.

you could go to gasho-its not really chinese..its actually a hibatchi place but the food is delish and they cook in front of you so it's a lot of fun. I believe it's in hauppaugue
