NWR Repost: Any accountants out there? I have a tax filing question

I moved from OR to NC this year, and I have to file income tax in both states. Some states have rules where if you make less than XX amount of money in their state, then you don't have to file. For me it is going to end up being two part-time resident forms, one for each state. I found most of the info on the state govt websites.
