I am graduating a few weekends from now and plan on going out to dinner after the ceremony with my family and FH's family.
Could anyone recommend some good restaurants?
ETA: We live in western nassau. Also, the nautical mile is out because they have a fair going on that weekend.

I'm in western Nassau too, Floral Park. Umberto's in New Hyde Park is great-Italian Stella's in Floral Park very very good-Italian Morton's Steak House-I think Roslyn but on Northern Blvd Bryant & Cooper Steak House-I also think in Roslyn

Ciao Baby is definitely Italian......they give very very big portions....good food. I've only been to the one in Commack but I think the one in Massapequa is right on sunrise hwy.

sorry about the delayed response... it is on sunrise highway (see below for specifics). the atmosphere is cool and fun and the food is unbelievable... the portions are crazy. the people that you go with will be talking about it for weeks... also, they will have leftovers for weeks! it's just so much fun... on of my faves!
