On Friday night, Fh is taking me out for my bday. I found out that it's restaurant week in NY and I looked up some places. I want Japanese/Sushi and I found a place called Takumi in Commack. Has anyone heard anything about it or been there? Thanks in advance girls.

I love Show Win!! We went there not too long ago but I just wanted to try a different place. A lot of the restaurants doing restaurant week are doing 3 courses for 25 dollars. Who knows how that translates to sushi though

omg its soo good.. their cheesy fondue it AWESOME!!! and its a little more romantic that sushi i would call them to see what menu theyre offering!!

Also try Ruvo's in Greenlawn, it's Italian but the food is amazing!! We are going there on Friday night. It is our favorite place to eat.

I looked into that place cuz I've had their food before and it was delicious! But my parents are taking me out for italian food on Thursday so i'm looking for something different for Friday. And FH doesn't like italian food so much. We fight over that all the time cuz i'm an italian and I love to cook!

If its the one on Motor Pwky, I've been there and its pretty good.
