I think it's 46th street between 8th and 9th- ton a of restaurant and 'packages' for the theatre district, like some amount of $ for app, dinner and dessert. There are a ton of restaurants there and they can get you in and out in time for your show.

Thanks guys!

Do you think I'm going to need reservations?? Or can I just walk in to one of the 'dinner special' places.

wait, i have a question first...is that a tour they're doing, bc Les Mis was cancelled and just doing tours, i remember i went to see one of their last shows, I would LOVE to go see it again.

I love carmines in that area BUT it can get insane in there and the wait can get pretty long especially on a friday...I had reservations and it still took close to two hours

Plataforma right by there is also very good...Toni dinapoli is great too but thats on the upper east side, by the 70's, don't know if you're willing to go up there

for the restaurants I recommended on 46th you don't need a reservation.

If you're up for off the beaten path, FW and I just went to a GREAT Turkish place on 46th between 5th and 6th.

Carmine's is great but there can be a long wait especially if you are trying for Valentine's Day weekend.

There is a Tony Dinapolis on like 43rd...

And most of the places on 46th don't really need reservations and are great at getting you in and out for your show...also terrific prix fixe menues at most of them--Da Rosinas has a prixe fixe menu that allows you to choose anything from it's a la carte menu so you are not limited.
