NWR: Restaurant Suggestions out East

My mom's birthday is in a couple of weeks. Her man wants to take her out for a special dinner (He's coming all the way from Rhode Island for dinner!) He'll be coming in on the orient point ferry so she wants to meet him out east so they don't have to drive too far.

Price is no object, and she is looking for someplace romantic, with a water view that isn't going to be crowded with a bar and lots of chatter.

She likes seafood, but he likes Italian.

Any suggestions?
