NWR: Restaurant w/a fixed price menu?

We are looking to host about 20 adults for a 60th bday party. A private room isnt necessary, but would be nice.

Can anyone recommend a place that is no more than 65$pp with alcohol? Thansk!

ETA: in nassau near RVC would be great!
