Re: NWR: Reunions
I personally cannot WAIT until my reunion. FH and I went to the same school so people would know both of us- especially FH- EVERYONE knew him. Him being tall and gothic- no one seems to forget him. People are often shocked that we are engaged. I would love to see our teacher's reactions b/c we are SO different.

yes HS was a blast! none of that kinda stuff goin on that you would expect... at least not that I noticed! but omg... 1st-8th grade... UNREAL! i think alot had to even do with the mothers! they were clicky too! ironically all their daughters were on the cheerleading team too .... even though some clearly should not have been My own mother even felt excluded by them!!!!

Re: NWR: Reunions
My '10 year' reunion was a few weeks ago... except it was actually our 11 year bc I guess no one was organized last year.
I didn't go bc looking at the evite list it was only people from one clique that were going... I think only about 25 ppl ended up going.

I went to my ten year this past Jan - I am still friends with my friends from HS, so it was pointless because we all just hung out with each other. I told them I would have rather just gone to dinner with them then pay $50 to hang out in the schools cafeteria!!! But they made me go!!! Still had a good time though.

Lol I kind of felt the same way... except ours was at some restaurant in the city. Only 1 of my good friends from HS was going... and everyone else I talk to on Facebook. And that's enough interaction for me.

Good thing i was athletic enough to be the Captain of the cheerleading sq. & other sports i played. However, I guess some girls on my team were my friends but they too were all gymnasts & could actually do the things required. When it comes to my teams i dont play around i need to always be the best. lol I guess i was part of the BE TH E BEST CLIQUE! lollol As for the reunion aspect Im still friends with most of them & have alot from grammar school as well. Its crazy how we kind of all kept in touch, even with me in working in NYC. We just were that close. those friendships never die.
