NWR: salad recipes

I know i should be posting this on the recipe board, but no one goes there as often and i need a recipe for a BBQ tonite.

i am looking for a unique salad recipe, preferrably something with an asian twist, perhaps a noodle salad. i cant spend that much, so vegetarian is ok.

Thanks!

they have noodles that are already cooked and dry...they're like the noodles you get when you go to a chinese restaurant and you dip them in the duck sauce...

- pine nuts (pignolias) - able 3/4 cup toasted
- 2 granny smith apples - peeled and chopped
- good seasons italian - made with balsmaic instead of reg vinegar and olive oil..
- gorgenzola cheese or feta or whatever
