NWR: Sallie Mae horror story, need help filing a complaint

NWR: Sallie Mae horror story, need help filing a complaint

Long story short, Sallie Mae gave me grossly incorrect information and is refusing to corect the situation. I've already filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. What else can I do to light a fire under these people?

Sorry so vague, my issue isn't with the mortgage dept. Its with the student loan dept. (I tried to reconsolidate my loans through them, and they gave me incorrect info that over the long run is going to cost me a bundle). I am FURIOUS.

not much. but i was never sent anything to dispute anything i was told, either.

thats fannie mae, sallie mae is student loans unless they started dabbling in mortgages

THEY DID THAT TO ME ALSO!!!!!

they DOUBLE charged me...yes, they doubled my loan!!!

Then, they told me to pay monthly what I should be paying....THEN they would send me late fees!!!!

this has been going on for 2 years now.

I am so sorry to hear. Just today I was telling my studetns ( I teach high school social studies) how much I hate Sallie Mae. A kid said 'Ms. P do you need me to beat her up' I would love that!! Good luck!
