NWR: Sallie Mae horror story, need help filing a complaint
Long story short, Sallie Mae gave me grossly incorrect information regarding my student loans and is refusing to corect the situation. I've already filed a complaing through the Better Business Bureau. What else can I do to light a fire under these people?

contact the bank the loan went through and tell them the situation. they're going to tell you they have nothing to do with it, but have them write a complaint in your file about the situation so its documented.

I have issues with Sallie Mae as well, and I kid you not.. I guarantee they messed up my credit score, and I didn't even do anything wrong!

I would def contact a laywer and consult with them on what to do next
