NWR: saturday morning

I usually wake up to the sounds of the brat who lives next door throwing his ball against our house or making ambulance noises. WEEEEE OOOOOH WEEEEE OOOH WEEEEEEE OOOOOOH

its so F*IN annoying. They actually tore down a house and are rebuilding it now completely and even has had to rip up the sidewalks to do pipe work and stuff and i cant take it anymore. There is drilling NON-STOP from about 7am until about 6pm and now theyre doing it on saturdays too. I cant even keep the windows open its so horrible. Plus i dont understand how they are closing half the block to do work on a house, its not a city job where they are fixing the streets or anything, they shouldn't be allowed to do this, and they are leaving their cones up and the dividers up even at night so they are blocking parking spots. The worst part is they just did this with another house last year, and it was finally finished recently and now they are starting with this. I CANT TAKE IT all i hear is drilling

Oh and they also are bringing in bulldozers and 2 weeks ago they hit a parked car, luckily a neighbor noticed and he came out and took pics and said things to them. But i am about to complain soon, i have to find out first what the laws are bc i dont see how a private job on a home, how can they do these things, there were some days where they closed off the WHOLE block, this cant be right
