NWR: Sauna vs. Steam Room

My gym has both & was wondering whats better.... looking for any personal preferences for liking one more then the other, or what is better for body & skin, or whatever... TIA

Re: NWR: Sauna vs. Steam Room

personally I prefer the sauna... for some reason the steam room skeeves me out and I don't like when it gets really steamy and you can't see anyone in the room lol.

Re: NWR: Sauna vs. Steam Room

can we have a 3rd option for both?
I usually go to both of them: 15 min in one, then jacuzzi, then 15 min in the other one, and then jacuzzi again

thanks! now this is all I'm gonna be thinking about
