NWR: saw the Texas Chainsaw prequel with FH today...
it was pretty good! (if you like that stuff, which my FH does). VERY gory, violent - but interesting storyline that very uniquely explains a lot about the other Texas Chainsaw movie. The acting was good, too! (that lead guy was hot! too bad he didn't make it for much of the film!).
As sick as it seems, the 2003 movie kind of brought us together! We met right when it came out, so that was my FH's line to get me to go out with him. His best friend was moving to Nevada, so he said he was going to need someone to go with, so he would have to go with me, so he took my number! It wasn't our first date, but we went to see it the first week we dated. (I had actually seen a press screening already, and was horrified, but figure it would be a good movie to act all scared with a hot guy with!).
So, it's kind of cool that it's come full circle from 2003 Texas Chainsaw when we started dating .to the 2006 prequel, when we're about to get married!
