I have a herniated disc which irritates me here and there, but I went to my work christmas party Friday night and stood around in heels for three hours, not thinking much of it. For some reason that through me over the edge, because I had to pull over and have my parents pick me up because my back was spasming and I couldn't drive!
No one will see me until tomorrow (that's not even definite....I have to 'see' if I can get an appointment)....so I'm stuck here not really able to move.
Just me, my muscle relaxors and my laptop...oh and FH too.....

I had a herniated disc after giving birth to my son....lot of heat packs. Hope it gets better They wanted me to do a lumbar fassett (sp?), but I never did, it still acts up every now and then

Unfortunetly mine falls under a workers comp case and it's horrendous..........they fight everything saying I've reached 'maximum medical improvement'......I hate that they think I'm someone trying to rip off the system. I'm 26 and I just want to be healthy and be able to live my life! I've been waiting three years for a cortizone shot....at this rate I'll be on the couch for the next 20 years.........
