NWR: Seized engine//car trouble

So I neglected to get oil in my car (for a while I am an idiot which I realize) This morning the car stalled in reverse (2004 ACURA...so not normal) the engine light and oil light came on...I was able to restart and just reparked (drove 2 feet)

Someone at work said I seized my engine....does anyone know about this? I know its bad...Im going to go straight to the mechanic (WITHOUT my car dont want to mess it up anymore let them tell me what to do lol) ...any help would be great TIA

It just needs oil. It should be okay since you didn't drive it that far.

FH is a mechanic, he said don't drive it at all cause the engin will lock up and you will have to get your engine re done.

If you seized the engine I don't think the car would even start. But I wouldn't drive it anymore until you get it checked out (or at least add oil).

If you seized your engine the car would not start. Whenever a car stalls all the lights come on in the dasboard. That's normal. I would definitely add oil and have it checked out by your mechanic before any major damage is done...good luck!
