I really want to take a self defense class but I have no idea where they are offered. Does anyone know of any places that offer self-defense classes preferably in nassau or queens?

theres a few places in astoria i know of but im almost sure bayside should have

I'm pretty sure there is a Tiger Shulman's on Bell Blvd. It's right across the street from Uno's on the same side though.

I train at a school that offers classes to both woman and men-together. It's not exactly labeled 'self defense' but it's pretty much the same thing. The style is kung fu- he teaches woman how to fight but mainly how to defend themselves. If you want info, you can FM me and I'll tell you more and times/places. HTH's
