NWR: Selling a co-op - I have a ? about getting to contract
We accepted an offer on our co-op last Saturday. My question is this: What is the next step? I was under the impression that our attorney should be the one to draw up the contract? Our real estate agent is a bit wet behind the ears and also isn't too great with follow up. I'm waiting for him to call me back, but who knows when that will be.
I'm just curious as to how the process works now that we've accepted an offer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
TIA

Yes, your lawyer has to draw up a purchase memo and it's not set in stone until your buyer has the home inspection done and signs the contracts.
