So I am laying on my bed on LI Weddings lol when I hear what I thought sounded like a gun shot. I think maybe its a firework and then I realize who sets off fire works in March! Lol so I open my window and I hear a man yelling get him hahaha so basically I have spent the last 2 hours looking out my window looking at cops come and go, listening to what is going on, and watching the sniffing dog follow some leads. I live in Lindenhurst! Its really not a bad town but I am deffinately a little frightened right now. Honestly, please are soooo stupid!

The house that it occurred at was on the corner of Charles and Greene, right by the highschool. I heard the police officer said that 99% of the time it is not a random incident and that somehow the two will know eachother. It was just so close to my house that it was scary. I live on the corner of the next block. If I was outside letting my dog go to the bathroom or something I could have gotten hurt, you know? Nobody was actually shot though.

I had a shooting 2 Sundays ago, 2 houses down. My neighbor was murdered in his yard and so far no one was arrested. FREAKING SCARY!
Did they arrest anyone yet?

The house where it occured at had adults and kids at it but I think one of the boys that live in the house is a senior in highschool. Honestly, two of the sons that live there sell drugs and I guess things like this happen with that territory. The police officer said there is always 1 house in every neighborhood. It just ***** that it is so close to mine!!!
