My FH and I were shopping in a store when we came accorss this picture in a beautil frame. He said 'Oh, I wnat that tattooed on my elbow.' I said 'Me too.' I didn't think he was serious and the next thing ya know, where on our way to our tattoo artist. I got mine done first and a week later he got his. It's a cosmos flower! We love them!.
i have 2.. the Yankee one on my ankle & the Mommy tattoo on my right shoulder.. Both are in memory of my mother ( we were supposed to get matching yankee tattoos.... ) I love them!! and Yes I will be showing them off for the wedding! No tattoo kit here!

I've got one around my ankle, another on the back of my neck that's a tribal butterfly with Kanji letters saying happiness and love and I'm working on the third for my left foot.

I got this in memory of my friend after he passed away.
I have a butterfly on my hip, it will be removed though. I wasn't Jewish when I got it & apparently I will not be able to be buried w/ FH (in 100years) if I have it

no pic's here but I have a lower back celtic and I have 3 stars inbetween my shoulders that represent me,my son and my sister. No cover up for my wedding! I love my tattoo's and I am getting another star since my FH's initials are STR...it just worked out that way!

I have 6 tattoos. I am trying to get pics of them... 1-Left ankle of a tribal sun w/ red heart in the center 1-on Right ankle of Tigger w/ 5 butterflies (My fave tat) 1-on stomach to the right of belly button, chinese character that means Faithful 1-on left side of lower abdomen on heart w/ devil horns and tail 1-dragon on left thigh 1-sun and moon on middle upper back.

My FH initials on my left forearm
A strange symbol on my lower back
A much stranger symbol on my right hip that goes down my thigh pretty far
A moon on my neck
A large compass star between my shoulder blades
A tribal horse that goes down my ribcage
FH and I are getting traditional polynesian tattoos on Moorea, he's getting a wrist band, I'm getting a 3' band around my right forearm - it will be FH FIRST! We're very excited

Got it on Feb. 10th, my mom's b'day and parent's anniversary, then went straight to their party but was held up giving CPR to a German Sheppard that I saw get hit on the way. He did not make it.
But on a lighter note, I am working on getting the double dolphin on our invites!

I have two:
On my right ankle I have a dolphin jumping out of tribal waters.
On my left ankle I have a frog holding a star of life in honor of my close friend killed earlier this year in an ambulance accident. My FSIL designed and tatooed that one. Im going to have her work on a back piece for me next.

On the small of my back, I have a wave crashing over a snowflake. I got it done while I wa sliving in Vermont. I don't have a pic, but I just sketched a really bad version of it in Paint Shop- FH has a tatoo that he needs to get covered before we go to Hawaii- he got it in High School, this artist girl said she made it up, turns out- it is a tribal tatoo for Hawaii's infamous surf gang, the Hui. We don't want to get beat up there...
