Anyone ever have any issues with SI Joint pain? My hip/leg is on fire

Oh this sucks!! I have had two MRIs and finally started PT on Monday. I have an inflamed SI joint and my piriformis muscle is on fire. I have had this pain for coming on almost two months with no end in sight. I have had one cortisone shot and have taken oral steroids with no luck. I am hoping PT will make it better. It is very painful and annoying. It is a constant ache that doesn't go away without pain medication. Do you have more intense pain when sitting?
I know I got injured from doing beachbody's insanity. Now I have to figure a way to drop weight before the wedding minus exercise. I am not happy about this situation at all!!!!!!!!
