I know the weather has not been winter-like.. but was curious if anyone has been skiing lately on the east coast? if so where? i bought new skiis for this season and i'm dying to use them!!

No but for MLK weekend a bunch of us are going to fh's house in the poconos and they all want to ski

Not yet Waiting for Mountain Creek to open, I think it did a few weeks ago, but there was only a few trails open. I think it may be open on the weekends but minimal trials..
March I am going to UTAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN'T WAIT!! I got new skiis last xmas...I know the feeling! What kind did you get?
I know they are blowing snow up at Hunter but it's probably really icy. We are probably going to head up there for MLK

i bought volkls... me and FH both bought new ones... they are collecting dust now... :(
utah - thats awesome!!! so u'll def be getting in some great skiing this season..

we went the day after christmas, but there isnt much snow- we went to windham. hunter and windham have about 15 trails open a piece.. not bad for beginners!
