I just bought some of those invidiual cups of ice cream from Skinny Cow. I have the Cookies & Cream flavor last night and it was actually really good. For an ice cream lover like me I'm always on the hunt for a low fat/low cal ice cream that's actually good and I was pleasantly surprised. I also bought the Caramel Cone and Dulche de Luche so I'll try one of those tonight.
150 cals, 2g of fat and it's like the equivalent to a scoop of ice cream.

i looove skinny cow ice creams!
my new obsession though is this place in RVC called brew 7. They make those yogurt like pink berry except I think it's better b/c it's more tart. So good and supposedly healthy. I want one now!

yup-bought their ice cream sandwiches before; pretty good. Haven't looked for them in a while...didn't know they have cookies & cream now!! That's my favorite!!
