I feel like I am gonna vomit. My dissertation defense for my PhD is bright and early tomorrow morning at 9 am. I know I am getting worked up over nothing, but I literally feel sick to my stomach and I don't think my nerves are going to calm until it is all over tomorrow. It's kind of daunting when the work you have been doing for the last 6 years is going to be scrutinized within the span of a few hours. Ugh, wish me luck.
you are going to be fine..I know how it feels to let nerves get the best of you...just breathe in thru your nose and out thru your mouth...then think about what an amazing accomplishment this is....yu shuold be damn proud of yourself girl!

Update: I passed!!! I am officially a doctor.
