I work from 6.30am - 3.30pm. I got into work at 6.36am this morning and my boss made a comment to me. You were supposed to be here at 6.30am. ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me?? I'm 6 mins late and you feel the need toreprimand me?? I said to him 'it's 6.36 and he said ok.' What about yesterday when I left work at 3.45pm to finsh up work. No one said anything about me still being here.
I'm so f r i ck i n upset right now. Am I overreacting? Thanks for letting me vent. I cant deal with this so ealry in the morning.

I know exactly how you feel...it Totally s u c k s because they never see when we stay later but are so aware when we are like 5 min late. ....look at the bright side...you can peek in at LIW and vent!!!!

Your boss needs a chill pill. Don't worry it happened to me too, but I was 4 minutes late.
I think your boss woke up on the wrong side of the bed and can't wait to get out of work today.

i don't think you're over reacting at all!!!!! i was never at work at 9 am on the dot.. 9:05 or 10 after was the average for me because the trains were always behind.. and it was either rush to get in at 9 or stop at the store to make sure i had some coffee.. coffee always won..lol ure boss needs to chill!!! sorry your morning didn't start off well.. i'm sure your day will get better.

Yeh maybe he does need to chill. He prob. didnt get any last night. I'm just going to ignore him and blow it off as him having a bad day and taking it out on me. I need my job so I wont be the usual smart *** I am.
When the clock hits 3.30pm, I'm outta here. He better not ask me to do something.

I feel your pain, we're supposed to be there at 9 and they don't trust us so they make us punch in and out, if our time card reads 9:01 they raise hell. Maybe they should find more work to do because clearly they have too much time on their hands

I hates boses most of the time. And the funny thing is - he wasnt even the one that hired me but another boss. I'm just going to ignore it. I cant afford to lose this job right now.
