NWR: Sooo excited....

Hit my -30 lbs mark today!!! Down 5 pants/dress sizes since New Years!!!

Sorry- had to share! I'm sooo excited I've finally been able to stick to a diet and see results!!! 15 lbs left to go!!!!

I actually met with a nutritionist and we worked out a pretty strict diet that I follow- looooooooow to no carbs, very high in protein- and I wear my GoWear Fit from BodyMedia which tracks my calorie burn, mileage, active time, sleep cycle, etc. and I log my calories on their site too. Like I said, it's been a challenge, but seeing the results every day makes it muuuuch easier to keep going!
