NWR - Spa day rave
I just wanted to rave about this tiny, hole-in-the-wall spa i went to today.....Foot Heaven Spa in East Meadow.
So a little back story, i've been working nights for the past two weeks and HATED it. The work was simple enough, but I literally turned into a vampire, working from 9p-8a everyday except saturday. I am so happy to be switching back to days that i treated myself today to a day of pamering.
I went to this spa last year with a friend and i remember it being very good and CHEAP! So i went today and it was HEAVEN!!!
Its totally a hole in the wall, and not fancy AT ALL! But, the price is TOTALLY right. I splurged and spent $75 today....including a $15 tip and i was in the spa for over 2 hours!!!! I would totally reccomend the $30 hour traditional foot rub (reflexology)...which also includes a back/shoulder rub. I added on a 1/2 hour back massage for $30....let me tell you, i left that place feeling like BUTTER.
Can i go back tomorrow????
