NWR- Spanx

Spanx are really tight! They actually made things worse for me, because it made a bump where it ended.

These are what I have and I LOVE them. I wear them under all of my clingy summer dresses. They are not too tight, and really work.

I've worn spanx and I love them too, but if you get them in the wrong size then they will be too tight and may cause you to look worse.

I bought a pair of their shorts on sale and wanted them snug (to suck everything in right!?) well I wore them for the first time last night and they started rolling on me which showed an obvious bump. The other pair I have in a bit larger size smooths and shapes much better.

I have Spanx as well and love them! I had a dress I could not zip up at all, put the spanx on and voila the dress zipped 1 2 3! I don't find them uncomfortable or too tight either.
I do agree with the above posters, buy them in the correct size. Some girls buy them smaller thinking it will hold better and they don't.

I love spanx....I usually wear them if I'm wearing a tight dress where I don't want any lines showing...but you have to make sure you don't get them too tight because they'll make things worse or make you feel like you want to puke

I buy the Assets line from Target, which are made by Sara Blakeley. They are wonderful if you get the correct size, but dont bother trying to pee if you get sweaty/hot while wearing them.

Let's just say I had to go home commando after those bad boys would not go back up! lol

The shapewear I bought is actually from Walmart and I HIGHLY reccomend it. I have bought more expensive versions that do not work as well as these! The one I got was around 10 dollars... I think the brand is called Cupid? This particular awesome pair goes up to just below your bra, and the tummy area has eyelet closures that have a corset effect and REALLY sinch you in. These flattened my tummy like nothing I've ever used before! I would suggest trying these or something like it before you pay extra for the SPANX name brand. I especially suggest trying the walmart ones, not only because they worked miracles for me lol, but also because they will accept almost anything back if you bring it home and don't like it!

Edited to add: ALSO, the best part of these!!! is they have an eyelet closure on the bottom, so you don't have to take them off to use the bathroom!!!

I LOVE my spanx!! I had gotten cheapo ones at walmart a few years ago and hated them. I got a pair at Bridal Reflections and LOVE them- they flatten everything out so nicely. Totally worth the splurge!

Of course before spending the money I agree you should try out the cheaper ones first- hopefully they work for you! If they don't, I reccomend going for the name brand!

Love them!!! They make me feel so fit and less giggly lol

they are really tight but help a lot, I have the ones that look like a pair of highwasted shorts but I know they sell ones that are like a thongs too

its just a pain in the butt when you have to go to the bathroom there is a stupid slit between your legs LOL
in target they sell stockings /tights from them but they are alil cheaper, from the marker of spanx just under a different name

LOL glad to help, they are really truly amazing!!! I will caution you though, I LOVE and PREFER the feeling of something smushing down my chub, so I got it true to size. This MAY feel very tight for people who do not like things that tight... so if you want more breathing room, size up. Also, I got mine at the Commack location. I am not sure if other Walmarts will carry that brand, and I couldn't find it online to link. GL and let me know how it goes! lol
