i'm obsessed! now that i'm back at school in mexico i can go to classes all the time for CHEAP...i need to find a place back in NY that isn't so expensive.

I haven't gone to a class in a while but I do really love spinning! It's a great workout. My gym only has classes reaaaaaaaaally early in the morning or right as I get home from work so its hard for me to make a class.

I go to NYSC in Long Beach. I take spinning there sometimes, but I used to go to a small spinning studio in Long Beach...not sure if that is close to where you live.

my gym just got the brand new bikes and they are awesome!
*i used to be afraid of it because the first time i took a class it was intense! but all the instructors at my gym are so awesome and they do a great job. I spin about 3-4 times a week
