So as Im sitting here watching my FH trying to teach my little Scottie dog how to be an ottoman, (Seriously, hes trying to teach Franklin how to stand still while he relaxes his feet on his back! ) Im wondering what kind of tricks you were able to teach your pets? Franklin knows how to sit, lay down, go home, go to bed, and balance a treat on his nose.
What about you guys?? I know that some dogs are super smart and you can teach them how to do just about anything.....

my dog doesn't know any big tricks...
He can sit, lay down, give me paw, give me a high 10, and knows things like 'Do you want dinner?' 'Do you want breakfast?' and 'Sleepy time!' (he runs into the bedroom when I say that).
Unfortunately, he doesn't like 'Come here.'
He's a stubborn pug and wont ever come to me when I call him.
Good thing I freaking love him

my siamese plays fetch and does sommersaults on command (frat boys taught her that when she was a kitten) she was a college kitty....

they kept snapping their fingers and rolling her over and sayin 'do a sommersault samone', surprisingly it only took her about 4 hours to learn lol... shes been doin it over 7 years now.... Shed definately gotten a lil lazy in her form these days, but still knows the command and will atleast halfass it

Let's see, my dog is pretty smart:
He's taught himself the word for 'bunny' (we've had a ton of them about lately) and 'bed' (he can be a lazy pup ).
He does all the standards, shaking paw, waving, hi-five, but his most popular is his roll over.
For reasons unknown, he seems to dislike it. So he ALWAYS complains before he does it, its hysterical. He'll lie down and make this grumbling noise, do it half-way, and then bark and grumble louder, and do it all the way finally. He's a ham that loves the attention though, lol.
Sophie can sit, stay, down, paw, high-five (like BORAT ). She can also HUG on command, it's really quite cute. She plays hide and seek with her toy and ummm.....oh yea, she plays dead when you shoot her!
