NWR - Stupid work computer

I'm on ED administration this week....which basically means I look through the lab and radiology results and call people back if we missed something (and clean up other loose ends). FUN! One good thing is that it is bascially a slow week, so I'm trying to get some work done for the wedding.
But this computer won't let me do anything! No Pinterest, no FB....blah!
At least I have you ladies!
