NWR : Substitute Teachers?

Are you out there? If so, what are you up to these days?

I have been waiting for jobs to pop up on the online substitute system for my district and there are no jobs yet because it is soooo early in the school year.

So, I was just wonderng what others in my situation are doing while you are waiting for jobs...For me, I am babysitting P/T and I am glued to LIweddings.com!!!

I'm only on 2 district's lists. I'm holding out until Friday afternoon & if nothing turns up I'm going to go the temp route (admin work) which is what I did for 10 years b4 I started teaching. Kind of frustrating though.

oh I hear you... finding a teaching job is very frustrating.

So, will you continute to look for a job as a teacher while you work in admin. ?
